Last Updated: January 1, 2008The SVT Contour engine is an optimized version of the normal 2.5L Duratec V6, therefore it is a direct fit for the Cougars. Along with the optimized "engine accessories" (SVT UIM, SVT LIM, SVT TB, SVT cams, 19# injectors, etc.), the higher-compression-ratio SVT engine outputs 200 HP.
